Book is missing Chapter 14, even though the Index lists pages that are missing from the book and other chapters specifically reference the chapter in question. Seems to be a widespread issue, since sites such as Chegg don't have solutions for said chapter either. How this books made it to print is beyond anyone's guess.

Systems Analysis and Design includes some great material. Sadly, that great material includes some great grammatical errors. Errors so bad they can cause confusion to the reader on the materials meaning. Hopefully they hire someone to fix those errors in future editions.
If you are taking a System Analysis and Design class do not rent or buy this book. You will go to look up things in the glossary and find out that the book itself does not contain what is listed in the glossary.. For example I tried to look up Sequence Diagrams; the glossary said page 451 but the book itself only goes to page 426. The book sat on my shelf the entire semester!
Missing an entire chapter. Didn't discover this until the end of the class when we started going through this material. Oh well. Don't buy.
I was overall pleased with the book for my class, that was until I was down to my last week of class and it was covering chapter 14. let's say that I was unable to locate chapter 14, luckily my professor had a copy of chapter 14 in our discussions.
